SERVICE INFORMATION - UPDATED 2026-10-19
Terms and Conditions
Who operates the service
Sami Sytelä operates Drawing Arena from Finland. These terms govern use of the game. For a transaction completed through Paddle, Paddle's Buyer Terms separately govern its sale and payment services.
The game
Only authenticated, signed-in players may draw or start races. Do not reveal the target with words or letters, abuse allowances, submit unlawful or harmful content, or access another account. You retain ownership of your drawings and allow the service to process them to run, store and, when you choose a replay link, share the game. The provisional leaderboard is an informal comparison of retained races, not a scientific certification or a general claim of model superiority.
Prompt catalogue attribution
The expanded English drawing-prompt catalogue includes a curated subset of category names from the Google Quick, Draw! Dataset, made available by Google under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license. Drawing Arena curates the subset, scoring aliases, difficulty metadata and rotation rules. The game does not call Google, Quick, Draw!, WordNet or a dictionary API at runtime to select a prompt.
Free and rewarded races
Three one-time welcome Mystery Races are included for signed-in accounts, with two randomly selected models. Unused welcome races remain available with no daily reset. Prepaid custom races have no daily play limit. Replay challenges make no new AI requests. Optional rewarded ads are separate, not required for the included allowance, and subject to their own activation and consent controls.
Arena Pro and model-entry credits
The pricing page describes one-time model-entry packs and their availability. Credits are reserved at the server-published total for the selected models before a custom race starts. Each selected model costs its displayed 5–50 credits, including models eligible for the free Mystery Race. Credits are non-transferable software-usage units, not cash, a deposit, cryptocurrency, a gift card or a transferable payment instrument. They have no time-based expiry. Buying credits does not buy guaranteed correct guesses, prizes, an unlimited plan or a subscription.
Payments, refunds and consumer rights
Only an enabled checkout may accept an order. It must show the pack, price, taxes, currency and total before payment. Credits are delivered to the purchasing account after the signed payment event is verified. The Refund Policy explains monetary refunds, withdrawal and account reconciliation. Accepting these terms does not itself waive a statutory withdrawal right.
Interrupted races and availability
Unavailable models and undelivered requests are handled separately from incorrect guesses. The service may restore an unused model slot or free allowance under its recorded dispatch rules. User-aborted races and races with dispatched inference are not automatically equivalent to failed delivery. Contact support about unexpected deductions. Outages and changing model availability do not limit mandatory remedies for a defective or misdescribed service.
Account review and disputes
A refund, chargeback or unresolved adjustment may pause new races and purchases on the affected account while the ledger is reconciled. A displayed balance does not mean credits from a refunded transaction can still be spent. Contact support for review. A hold does not prevent a refund request, privacy request or lawful payment dispute.
Changes and mandatory rights
Prices and model availability may change for future orders. The terms and price shown for your purchase remain relevant to that transaction. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies or access to courts and competent consumer authorities. Contact the operator first about a service complaint; Paddle buyer support can help with a Paddle transaction.
